Welcome to My Website

In my younger days I used to find myself on Skyblock servers. These servers hosted many players, and each one was entitled to a single “island” where they could build on and expand their puny grassy territory suspended in the sky.

Skyblock offered a place called the “hub”. This area hosted all of the activities (events, fights, and more) that players could join at their own leisure. Each player’s island, however, was its own 3D canvas: an opportunity for creative expression, or commerce if you were the type to build shops.

By typing the command:

/is warp <player>

I could teleport to any one of these islands and see what they had built. It was a command I loved, and my curiosity was always thankful for the ability to see what someone was designing.

This website is a nostalgic project to evoke something similar. I hope to build out the “blocks” (posts, pictures, and the like), each mundane in their own right, into the beautiful whole of experiences and thoughts that are shaping me.
